We do not offer refunds, but we do offer you the possibility to exchange your product for another of the same value or to have a credit note.. If more than 72 hours have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot allow an exchange. In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You must have the purchase invoice in your possession. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your exchange request is approved or declined. If approved, the exchange will be made within 72 hours in Abidjan and within 10 days for the rest of the country (subject to stock availability).
We will only replace items that are initially faulty or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and if it was delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of the same value as the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
